Shipping made simple!
Note: FREE SHIPPING only applies to the lower 48 contiguous U.S. states
Shipping outside of the U.S. Lower 48 States:
Canada, Alaska and Hawaii (ONLY):
Place an order online and a representative will contact you with a shipping quote. Once you agree to the shipping and authorize us to charge that amount to your card (or paid a PayPal invoice), your order will be processed. If you have placed an order and are not OK with the shipping quote, we will cancel and refund the order in full, no problem.
All countries (except U.S.A and Canada):
We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.A. 50 States and Canada.
Wrong, damaged or defective items:
Our goal is for you, our valued customer, to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items sent damaged, defective or incorrectly boxed will be exchanged or refunded in full. If an item arrives and is damaged, defective or incorrect contact us for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 7 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. The RMA# must be written clearly on the outside of the box and a copy of the receipt and a brief description of the issue placed inside. Returns will not be processed without an RMA#. All items (even defective items) should be returned in as clean condition as possible. Shipping fees are not refundable. We may require additional information to process a return. (ie. pictures, etc.)
All other returns:
For issues not related to damaged, defective or wrong item, the customer must contact Dirt Powerhouse within 7 days of receipt to get an RMA# (Return Authorization Number). No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. Customers have 14 days from receipt to return items in unused condition. The RMA# must be written clearly on the outside of the box and a copy of the receipt and a brief description placed inside. Returns will not be processed without an RMA#. There will be a 20% restocking fee for the authorized return of new products. All returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging in 100% resalable condition, or we may refuse to issue credit. The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges unless we shipped an incorrect, damaged or defective item. Shipping fees are not refundable. We may require additional information to process a return.
In the event of a free shipping promotion, any return that causes the order to fall below the free shipping minimum will result in a $9.95 charge which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Sorry, no returns on discontinued, closeout, custom, electrical components, or special order items.
Call us at (603) 598-6640. If you contact us prior to your order being processed we can cancel the order without any fees or charges. Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled but, it can be returned. Please see our return policy for instructions on how to return an item or order.
